Shipping & Lead Times
We keep most of our work in stock and ready to ship. We aim to keep the correct amount of work in stock so that we have enough to ship the average volume of orders that we receive. Large orders, or many simultaneous orders, can cause delays. Most orders will ship within one week of being placed, but occasionally it will take 1-4 weeks for us to ship. Orders will be filled as soon as possible; when an item is in stock, we will ship it right away. When we have to make the item to order, it may take us between 1 and 4 weeks to ship. If you are interested in a specific lead time for your order, email email@example.com & we will do our best to respond quickly.
Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking/confirmation email. I ship via UPS ground, from my studio in Oakland, to most addresses in the contiguous United States, and via USPS PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canadian orders. If you need an order to arrive by a certain day for a gift, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org, and I will do everything I can to accommodate your request.
I ship without requiring a signature on delivery. If you would prefer to sign for your package, please email me when you place your order.
We are happy to exchange items within 30 days of purchase for exchange only. If you are unhappy with the quality of the work that you receive, please do not hesitate to reach out. We want you to be happy with the pottery that you purchase.
Please note shipping is non-refundable and any additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For product damaged in shipping please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of arrival. Please include a photo of the item and packaging so that we can contact the shipping carrier.
Pottery is fragile, and though we take many precautions to ship safely, a few rare boxes arrive damaged every year. We will, of course, facilitate an exchange so that you receive a functional piece as soon as possible.
