With some exceptions, we are making work to order. Some items are in stock when an order is placed; some are not. Orders will be filled as soon as possible; when an item is in stock, we will ship it right away. When we have to make the item to order, it may take us between 1 and 4 weeks to ship. If you are interested in a specific lead time for your order, email firstname.lastname@example.org & we will do our best to respond quickly.
Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking/confirmation email. I ship via UPS ground, from my studio in Oakland, to most addresses in the contiguous United States, and via USPS PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canadian orders. If you need an order to arrive by a certain day for a gift, please email me at email@example.com, and I will do everything I can to accommodate your request.
I ship without requiring a signature on delivery. If you would prefer to sign for your package, please email me when you place your order.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. If you are unhappy with the quality of the work that you receive, please do not hesitate to reach out. We want you to be happy with the pottery that you purchase.
Please contact us within 7 days if your order arrives damaged. Please send me a photo of the item so that I can contact the shipping carrier.
Pottery is fragile, and though we take many precautions to ship safely, a few rare boxes arrive damaged every year. We will, of course, facilitate an exchange so that you receive a functional piece as soon as possible.
