Shipping & Lead Times
Most orders ship in within 5 business days. Occasionally, orders ship in 5-10 business days. If you are interested in a specific lead time for your order, email firstname.lastname@example.org & we will respond within 24 hours.
Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking/confirmation email. We ship via UPS ground, from our studio in Oakland, to most addresses in the contiguous United States. We ship USPS to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and for Canadian orders.
If you need an order to arrive by a certain day, please email us at email@example.com, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
We ship without requiring a signature on delivery. If you would prefer to sign for your package, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org when you place your order.
We are happy to exchange items within 30 days. If you are unhappy with the ceramics that you receive, please do not hesitate to reach out. We want you to be happy with your ceramics.
Shipping is non-refundable. Additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For ceramics damaged in shipping please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of arrival. Please include a photo of the item and packaging so that we can contact the shipping carrier.
Pottery is fragile. We take many precautions to ship safely, however, a few rare boxes arrive damaged every year. We will facilitate an exchange so that you receive a functional piece as soon as possible.
